Did you ever think some of those before and after photos are too good to be true? Well, a lot of them are. This isn’t to say people can’t make drastic changes in body shape from quality exercise and good calorie control, but many advertisements are just plain fake and are certainly not proof of any extraordinary product or method. Take a look at this gem on an article calling these scams out from one of our favorite training experts, Pete Sisco.
Just being on my laptop for a short time today, I’ve already seen the girl in these pictures on other sites such as Facebook, etc. in the ads column. I also see the same photos promoting different products as well.
