I heard about a new book about High Intensity Training the other day that all of my industry contacts are saying is great. Better than great, they said if you only get one book this year get this one. And if you get two books, get another copy of this one. It’s called Body By Science. I haven’t seen it myself yet, but the authors, Doug McGuff and John Little have written several other books on exercise that I found simple to understand for the lay person, interesting, and worth purchasing.
