I’m sure you’ve dealt with it in your personal training business before. Clients that you have to chase down for money, don’t show up on time, or worse, don’t show up at all. Hell, many of us have even hired a lot of trainers that can’t show up on time or at all. Clearly, these people are not taking you or your time or your business seriously at all.
It’s already going to be hard for us just because of the nature of what we are doing. We need to do everything we can to raise that standard and attract the right customers and employees.
Take it seriously, make your clients, prospects, and employees take it seriously too. Stand up and project a professional image. Build your brand. Look nice. Look like you really know what you are doing compared to the unprofessional people out there. Don’t settle for the same old crap from clients and employees.
