Here is a good example of a circuit resistance training workout using S.P.A.R.T.A. Training Systems. This is a consolidated 3 exercise routine. I’m not really a big fan of complete workouts this short even though some advanced trainees can do them, this is meant to be an example of a longer 8-13 exercise routine. Although it is very similar to one of my favorite metabolic routines and that one is called the 3x3x3 routine. It’s detailed in my book “The I Don’t Have Time to Workout Workout” . This video routine does, however, show you how to combine exercise effects and organize your routine so as to derive cardiovascular (or aerobic) and muscular benefits at the same time.
